摘要: 植物暴露於高濃度的二氧化硫下會造成葉片明顯的傷害。本研究以1.5
ppmSO2處理大豆、落花生、高粱和玉米 8天,並調查葉片 CO2交換率和有
關 CO2之生理因子。結果顯示 SO2熏蒸會使葉綠素和可溶性蛋白質分解及
降低氣孔和葉肉傳導度 而抑制葉片CO2交換率, SO2薰蒸也會抑制光合作
用之光反應和暗反應。此四種供試作物在 在葉片 CO2交換率和一些生理
特性對所 SO2表現的反應有明顯的差異,高粱和花生對於 SO2的熏蒸的忍
受性較玉米和大豆為佳。
Visible damanges leaves occur when plants to high concentr-
ations of SO2. In this study, soybean, peanut, sorghum and corn
plants were expoxed to 1.5 ppm SO2 over a period of 8 days and
the rate of CO2 exchange and several physiological parameters
related to CO2 exchange were examined. The results indicated
that SO2 fumigation inhabited leaf CO2 exchange rate (CER) of
the plant by decomposing chlorophyll and soluble protein and
decreasing stomatal and mesophyll conductance. SO2 fumigation
also inhabited light and dark reactions of photosynthesis.
Significant differences in leaf CER and several related phylogi-
cal traits existed among the four crops, with sorghum and peanut
plants tended to SO2 fumigation than corn and soybean plants.
