摘要: 本研究擬探討酚濃度對固定化菌株 Pseudomonas testosteroni 分解 2,4,6- 三
氯酚之影響;並試驗當菌株 Bacillus insolitus 及 2,4- 二氯酚存在時,酚之添加對菌株
Pseudomonas testosteroni 分解 2,4,6- 三氯酚之影響。 結果顯示:酚之添加有助於固定
化菌株 Pseudomonas testosteroni 分解 2,4,6- 三氯酚, 其最佳酚添加量介於 200 至
400 mg/L 之間。而共同固定化菌株 Pseudomonas testosteroni 與 Bacillus insolitus,
在 200 mg/L 之酚存在時,2,4,6- 三氯酚之去除效果較無酚時好, 但 2,4- 二氯酚則相反
。 而菌株 Bacillus insolitus 及 2,4- 二氯酚之存在對菌株 Pseudomonas testosteroni
是否分解 2,4,6- 三氯酚並無關連,最重要的是在於酚是否添加。
This study focused on the effect of the addition of phenol on the biode
gradation of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol by the immobilized Pseudomonas testosteroni.
This study also focused on the addition of phenol on the removal of 2, 4,
6-trichlorophenol with the presence of both Bacillus insolitus and
2,4-dichlorophenol. The experiment was conducted with a batch reactor. The
results indicated that the addition of phenol enhanced the removal of
2,4,6-trichlorophenol by the immobilized Pseudomonas testosteroni. The optimun
concentration of phenol was in the range of 200 to 400 mg/L. The presence of
phenol also enhanced the removal of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol by the coimmobilized
cells containing both Pseudomonas testosteroni and Bacillus insolitus. However,
the addition of phenol retarded the removal of 2,4-dichlorophenol in the
coimmobilized system. even if Bacillus insolitus had been shown to effectively
removal 2,4-dichlorophenol. the enhanced removal of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol by
Pseudomonas testosteroni was independent of the presence of 2,4-dichlorophenol
and Bacillus insolitus, but was dependent on the presence of phenol.
