標題: 苗栗縣警察局員警工作壓力與工作績效之研究

摘要: 隨著社會的多元化及大環境的日趨複雜,警察工作愈趨艱鉅及繁重,也使得
站在第一線的基層分駐(派出)所員警增加許多負擔及壓力。本研究旨在探討苗
栗縣警察局分駐(派出)所員警工作壓力與工作績效之相關情形及差異性,藉此
研究之發現提供制定政策、訓練及管理警察人員之參考。
本研究採問卷調查法,以苗栗縣警察局所屬63 個分駐(派出)所現職員警555
人為研究對象,以全面調查方式進行,調查工具為本研究編製之「苗栗縣警察局
員警工作壓力與工作績效之研究問卷」,共發放555 份問卷,回收有效問卷480 份,
回收率87.913%。所得資料以SPSS 進行信度分析、描述性統計分析、t 檢定、單
因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析等方法進行統計分析。經研究分析後發現:
一、苗栗縣警察局分駐(派出)所員警工作壓力與工作績效之間具有顯著正相關,
顯示員警工作壓力感受愈高時,則工作績效就會提高。亦即,苗栗縣警察局員
警工作壓力與工作績效有關聯性。
二、苗栗縣警察局分駐(派出)所員警的整體工作壓力感受屬中等偏高程度,其
中以「個人因素」之壓力感受最大,依序為:「組織內部」、「組織外部」、「工
作本身」。不同性別、年齡對工作壓力各相關構面間存有顯著差異;其中年齡
在整體工作壓力中存有顯著差異。
三、苗栗縣警察局分駐(派出)所員警的整體工作績效認知屬中等偏高程度,其
中以「品質能力」之認知最大,依序為:「團體和諧」、「績效達成」。不同性別、
年齡、職務、婚姻、子女對工作績效各相關構面間存有顯著差異;其中年齡、
婚姻在整體工作績效中存有顯著差異。
依據上述研究發現,提出相關具體之建議,俾提供警政機關及後續研究者參
考,並作為抒緩分駐(派出)所員警工作壓力,及提升分駐(派出)所員警工作
績效之依據。
As society becomes more diverse and environment turns complex, the police
operation was not only becoming more difficult and onerous, but also increase the
burden to first-line officers in police stations. This study aims to investigate relevant
circumstances and differences in the job stress and job performance of officers in police
stations of Miaoli County Police Bureau, as a reference to provide policy development,
training and management of police personnel.
This study used questionnaires to 63 Miaoli County Police stations, 555 police
officers have participated in. The tool used to conduct this comprehensive survey is to
investigate the preparation of the present study "The Study of Miaoli County
Policeman’s Job Stress and Job Performance ". Within the study, 480 valid of a total of
555 questionnaires were returned, at rate of 87.913%. Information was obtained by
SPSS for reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s
Product-Moment Correlation analysis methods for statistical analysis. The analysis
found that:
First, the job stress and job performance of the officers in police stations of Miaoli
County Police Bureau have a significant positive correlation, and while display feelings
of police job stress rise, the job performance improves. Their job stress has a correlation
with job performance.
Second, the overall job stress of the officers in police stations of Miaoli County
Police Bureau is medium to high level, in which the "personal factors" has maximum
stress perception, followed by the "interior of organization", the "exterior of
organization", the "job itself". Different gender and age on job stress have significant
differences between related dimensions. Among them, the age of the overall job stress is significantly different.
Third, the overall job performance of the officers in police stations of Miaoli
County Police Bureau is medium to high level, in which the "quality capability" has the
largest cognition, followed by the "group harmony", the "performance achievement"
different gender, age, job position, marital status, children and job performance of the
relevance have significant differences between dimensions. Among them, the age and
the marital status are significantly different in the overall job performance.
Based on the above findings, relevant and specific recommendations are provided
to policing authority and the future researchers, and as a reference to mitigate the job
stress of the officers in the police stations, and to improve their job performance.
