Climate change due to global warming has seriously resulted in an instable supply of water source. Despite the fastest development in economic growth, countries around the south Asia have a highest population of density and poverty, but are insufficient to respond to and deal with natural disasters and environmental changes, and thereby tend to suffer a more severe impact. India as the most powerful and effective country in the area of south Asia, has difficulty in managing water supply due to a long term ignorance of national infrastructure. In addition, the government is challenged another task due to insufficient fresh water source, more worsen water pollution in cost of faster economic development growth, and furthermore conflicts within the federations and across the countries for water source.
