摘要: 本試驗主要探討春石斛Den. TianMu Diamond以不同花蕾發育階段在不同貯運溫度下模擬黑暗貯運7天後對其外觀及生理所造成之影響。並嘗試使用1-MCP及BA作為貯運前處理,尋求春石斛Den. Lucky Girl經模擬黑暗貯運後品質改善之方法。
將春石斛Den. TianMu Diamond分成階段1(尚未轉色花蕾)及階段2(已轉色花蕾) 二種花蕾發育階段,兩發育階段皆以10、15、20及25℃模擬貯運7天後,皆以10℃貯運後之消蕾率最低、最大開花率較高、觀賞壽命最長,觀賞品質表現最佳。而同貯運溫度下,則以階段2表現優於階段1。二階段於不同溫度下之貯運後根部活性並無顯著差異。貯運期間二階段之呼吸率皆隨著貯運溫度上升而增加。階段1之乙烯生成以貯運第1天較高,然後隨時間而降低;階段2之乙烯生成則有隨時間上升之趨勢。試驗結果指出,春石斛Den. TianMu Diamond較佳貯運條件為以階段2於10℃下模擬貯運7天,其出庫後落蕾率為19.8%、開花率為72.2%且觀賞壽命為22.3天。
春石斛Den. Lucky Girl以450 ppb之1-MCP前處理不同時間接著燻蒸1 μl/L之乙烯12小時,1-MCP處理皆可降低出庫後之落花率,而不同處理時間之間無明顯差異。貯運前處理BA 50、100、250mg/L對於改善貯運後觀賞品質無效果,反而會提升出庫後之落花率降低觀賞品質。
The objectives of this study were to pursue the effect of storage temperature and flowering stage on the appearance and physiology of Den. TianMu Diamond after simulated dark storage. For improving the appearance and the deteriorated quality of Den. TianMu Diamond, 1-methycyclopropene(1-MCP) and 6-Benzyl-Aminopurine(BA) pretreatment were used before simulated dark storage.
The potted Dendrobium with green buds and coloring buds as stage1 and stage2 were conducted in research, respectively. Simulated dark storage of 10, 15, 20 and 25℃ for 7 days were given to Den. TianMu Diamond. The quality of all stages were the best after 10℃ simulated dark storage with less absc bud abortion rate,more opening flower rate and longert shelf-life. No matter what storage temperature, stage2 had better poststorage quality after simulated dark storage. Both stage1 and stage2’s root activity weren’t significant defference in different temperature. During simulated dark storage, respiration increased upon storage temperature increased at two stages. Higher ethylene production at stage1 was in the first day during simulated dark storage, then it was decreased by the time. The ethylene production at stage2 was increased by time. According to the result in this study ,the better storage condition for Den. TianMu Diamond was simulated dark storage of 10℃ for 7 days at stage2 show that abortion bud rate was 19.8%, opening flower percentage was 72.2% and shelf-life was 22.3 days.
The treatment on Den. Lucky Girl by different time of 1-MCP then treatment ethylene 1 μl/L for 12hr showed that 1-MCP treatment could decreased abscission flower percentage after simulated dark storage, no matter how long treatment period did. Pretreatment with BA of 50, 100, and 250mg/L before simulated dark storage couldn’t inproved the quality after simulated dark storage, but increased flower abortion rate after simulated dark storage.
