摘要: 本論文研究金門原生百合野外棲地與族群,並保存金門原生百合種原,同時再測試金門原生百合種子發芽條件與萌發適溫,篩選鱗片培養之最佳培植體,繁殖體系可替未來原生地復育建立起繁殖方針。最後藉由形態調查的數據、種子發芽類型與花粉形態的結果加以釐清金門原生百合的分類地位。
金門原生百合族群主要分布於太武山,計有發現六處棲地,分別位於植物園(BL)、玉章路(YC)、陽明公園(YM)、蔡厝古道(CC)、斗門古道(DM)與屏東登山步道(PD),初估總數為1039株,其中以陽明公園族群數量308株最多,植物園248株次之,斗門古道197株第三。經調查葉長/葉寬的比值為5.78。
金門原生百合種子在黑暗環境下發芽速度較光照環境下快,發芽適溫在20~25℃。在25℃的黑暗環境下,萌發只要7.3天,15天即可到達最終發芽率100%。種子發芽類型則有子葉地上型和子葉地下型兩型。
鱗片以內層的再生能力較強,可達92.8%,高於外層鱗片的71.4%。上位鱗片的再生能力為83.3%,高於下位鱗片的78.3%。再生小鱗莖數量則以外層鱗片(4.3個)較內層的3.3個多。
This studies habitats and populations of Kinmen native lily, and save the original.Then, to test seed germination light conditions and germination optimum temperature, and the screening the best explants. Propagation systems can be for the future to establish the habitat repopulation breeding policy. Finally, to integrate all data of morphology, type of seed germination and pollen morphology to be clarified taxonomic status of Kinmen native lily.

The populations of Kinmen native Lily mainly in Taiwu mountain, found six habitats,which are located Botanical garden (BL), Yuchang Road (YC), Yangming Park(YM), Choa Chu (CC), Dormen Road (DM) and Pingdung hiking trails (PD), Total of 1039,Yangming Park (YM), which is the largest group number 308, the second Botanical garden (BL) 248, third Dormen Road (DM) 197. Leaf length / leaf width ratio is 5.78.

Kinmen native lily seeds germinate in the dark environment faster than light conditions, germination optimum temperature at 20 ~ 25 ℃. At 25 ℃ in the dark environment, germination as long as 7.3 days, 15 days to reach the final germination rate of 100%. Seed germination type is epigeal and hypogeal germination.

The regeneration ability of inner layer scale, up 92.8 %, higher than the 71.4% of the outer scales. Regeneration ability of the upper scales of 83.3%, higher than 78.3% of the lower scales. However, the number of regenerated bulblets places outer scales (4.3) than the inner layer over 3.3.
