摘要: 本研究主要在探討鋼結構建築中柱基板的設計與分析。內容以美國鋼結構協會(AISC)所發行之ASD(1989)、LRFD(1986)、LRFD(1993)、LRFD(1999)及AISC(2005)等各個版本規範作為研究對象。將各個版本中柱基板部份的理論作詳盡地推導介紹,包括柱基板的尺寸(N、B)與柱基板的厚度(tp),並藉由例題的演算更清楚地了解規範的意義,進而去比較各個版本之差異。另一方面,探討對於抵抗彎矩的柱基板之設計,將其理論做介紹,並比較ASD(1989)、LRFD(1993)、LRFD(1999)及AISC(2005)之異同。就本研究的結果發現:用容許應力法設計之版本,以AISC(2005)較ASD(1989)經濟;而使用極限強度法設計者,各個版本皆得到相同的柱基板尺寸與厚度。並且使用極限強度法(即LRFD(1986)、LRFD(1993)、LRFD(1999)及AISC(2005)的LRFD部分)較容許應力法設計的柱基板能夠獲得較經濟之設計尺寸。
The objectives of this study are to investigate the design and analysis of the column base plates in the steel buildings. According to the version of ASD(1989), LRFD(1986), LRFD(1993), LRFD(1999) and AISC(2005) which published by American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) to be the object of this study. All theory of column base plates in these versions would be detailed, include the dimension (N and B) and the thickness (tp) of the column base plate, and by the calculation of the example we could know well about the meaning of the specification. Moreover, we can compare the difference of these versions. On the other hand, when we discuss the effect of column base plate which caused to the moment, we also introduce the design and the theory about resistance of the column base plate to the moment clearly, and we would compare the difference of ASD(1989), LRFD(1993), LRFD(1999) and AISC(2005). By the outcome of this research, we found out the version of AISC(2005) is more economic than the version ASD(1989) when using the way of Allowable Strength Design(ASD), and we could get the same size and thickness when using the way of Load and Resistance Factor Design(LRFD). And we could get more economic size of design of the column base plate by the way of Load and Resistance Factor Design (i.e., LRFD(1986),LRFD(1993), LRFD(1999) and the LRFD parts of AISC(2005)) than the way of Allowable Strength Design(ASD).
